Bonnie Blue is a four bedroom, four bath beach house with two master suites facing the gulf in gated Audubon Place. The 2900 sq. ft. custom designed home, which has two wood burning fireplaces, a 53' x 12' covered deck that keep's you out of sun and 35' uncovered sun deck that steps down to keeps hand rails out of view. Tile floors and granite countertops are throughout the home. The large kitchen has custom granite counter tops, custom cabinets and Kitchen-Aid appliances including double ovens and cook top. Family room has 16' vaulted south-seas-Iook wood ceiling with large wood burning fireplace. The spacious family room has two 12' sliding doors that offer a spectacular "no handrail look" for unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. The family room also features a wet bar with a wine cooler and Scotts large cube ice maker. For entertainment, the family room TV is a 4K 65 inch with DVD player, DSL, DISH satellite. All four bedrooms have their own private entrances and private tile baths with granite counter tops. All bedrooms have satellite and internet with 32 inch smart TVs with DVD players. The home central air conditioning system has a Merv 16 blue light germ killing filtering system along with return air vents in all bedrooms for added comfort. The two large ensuite masters face the beach and have 10' ceilings and 9' wide glass sliding doors that open to the large covered deck. Both masters have large walk-in tile showers with granite counter tops, soaking tubs and king size beds. Master bedroom one has its own wood burning fireplace. The two street side bedrooms have their own private entrances, large tiled showers, granite counter tops and two queen sized beds in each. There is 3750 sq. ft of concrete parking and play area under house with lots of lighting, showers, tables, chairs and grill. There is a private boardwalk to beach, and it is just a quick walk to the beautiful Audubon Bird Sanctuary. Sleeps 12

Exciting attractions are located on the east end of the island including historic Fort Gaines, the Dauphin Island Sea Lab, Audubon Bird Sanctuary and numerous boat launch sites. On the west end of the island you’ll find our beautiful beaches of sugar white sand, public golf and parks with ancient oaks. Together, they make Dauphin Island a wonderful relaxed resort destination.
